Terms of Use
Last updated: July 17, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your use of the website operated by Rubin Immigration LLC (“Rubin Immigration,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including RubinVisa.com and any pages, forms, questionnaires, calculators, or other tools made available through the website (collectively, the “Website”).
By using the Website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. General Information Only
The information provided on this Website is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not legal advice and should not be relied upon as legal advice for your specific situation.
Immigration law and government policies, procedures, processing practices, fees, and interpretations can change. Information on the Website may not reflect the most recent legal or procedural developments and may not apply to your particular circumstances.
You should obtain advice regarding your individual situation before making legal, immigration, employment, travel, filing, or other decisions based on information found on this Website.
2. No Attorney-Client Relationship
Your use of the Website, including reading its content, submitting a contact form, sending an email, requesting or scheduling a consultation, or providing information through an online questionnaire or other tool, does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship with Rubin Immigration LLC or attorney Yoni Rubin.
Rubin Immigration does not agree to represent you in any legal matter unless the firm expressly accepts the engagement. Any ongoing representation and its scope will ordinarily be governed by a separate written engagement agreement.
A consultation may include legal advice within the scope of that consultation. A consultation does not, by itself, mean that Rubin Immigration has agreed to represent you in any matter after the consultation.
3. Communications, Prospective Clients, and Time-Sensitive Matters
Before submitting information through the Website, please understand that sending information to Rubin Immigration does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Information you submit may be reviewed for purposes of determining whether Rubin Immigration can or wishes to represent you, including for conflict-of-interest and intake purposes.
You should not send highly sensitive personal information through a general contact form or unsolicited email unless Rubin Immigration requests that information.
Do not rely on the Website, a contact form, or an unsolicited email to communicate urgent or time-sensitive information.
Submitting information to Rubin Immigration does not obligate the firm to take action on your behalf, monitor a deadline, file an application or petition, preserve your immigration status, or otherwise protect your legal interests unless the firm has expressly agreed to do so.
Information received from prospective clients will be handled in accordance with applicable legal and professional obligations and our Privacy Policy.
4. Interactive Tools, Questionnaires, and Calculators
The Website may provide questionnaires, calculators, eligibility screeners, decision tools, or other interactive resources.
These tools are intended to provide general information based on the information entered or selected by the user. Results generated by an interactive tool are automated and are not individually reviewed or approved by an attorney unless Rubin Immigration expressly tells you otherwise.
The results of these tools:
are not legal advice;
are not a legal opinion or determination of eligibility;
do not create an attorney-client relationship;
may not identify every relevant exception, risk, factual issue, or legal requirement; and
should not be used as a substitute for an individualized review by a qualified attorney.
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide to any interactive tool. An incorrect, incomplete, misunderstood, or uncertain answer may produce an inaccurate or misleading result.
You should not rely solely on an interactive tool when deciding whether to file an immigration application or petition, change employment, travel internationally, depart the United States, remain in the United States, or take any other action that could affect your legal rights or immigration status.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Past results do not guarantee or predict a similar outcome in any future matter.
Immigration decisions are made by government agencies and officials based on applicable law, policy, discretion, and the particular facts and evidence of each case. Rubin Immigration does not guarantee that any application, petition, request, visa, status, benefit, or other immigration matter will be approved or resolved within any particular period.
6. Accuracy and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate information, but we do not guarantee that Website content is complete, current, accurate, or applicable to every situation.
The Website and its content may be changed, corrected, updated, suspended, or removed at any time without notice.
We do not guarantee that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors or harmful components.
7. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Website may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites and services, including government websites, scheduling platforms, payment processors, communications services, social media platforms, and other external resources.
Rubin Immigration does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, accuracy, or privacy practices of third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
Links to third-party resources are provided for convenience and do not necessarily constitute an endorsement.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the content of the Website, including text, graphics, logos, designs, questionnaires, tools, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to Rubin Immigration LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and use Website content for your own personal, noncommercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, systematically extract, scrape, or create derivative works from Website content without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
9. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Website:
for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
to interfere with the operation or security of the Website;
to attempt unauthorized access to the Website or related systems;
to introduce malicious software or harmful code;
to impersonate another person or submit information you are not authorized to provide; or
to use automated systems to scrape, copy, extract, or interfere with Website content or functionality without authorization.
We may restrict or block access to the Website where we reasonably believe it is being misused.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and handle information submitted through or collected in connection with the Website.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Rubin Immigration disclaims warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, or suitability of Website content for any particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms limits any responsibility or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rubin Immigration LLC and its owner, attorney, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or related to your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Website or its content.
Rubin Immigration is not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on general Website information or automated tool results instead of obtaining individualized legal advice.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
13. Relationship to Legal Services
These Terms govern use of the Website only.
If you become a client of Rubin Immigration, the terms governing the attorney-client relationship will be set forth separately. If these Terms conflict with a written engagement agreement governing legal services, the engagement agreement will control with respect to those legal services.
14. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and disputes arising solely from your use of the Website will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any legal action or proceeding arising solely from or relating to your use of the Website shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
This provision applies only to disputes arising from use of the Website and does not alter the law, professional rules, jurisdiction, venue, or other requirements applicable to any attorney-client relationship or legal representation.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Your continued use of the Website after revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
